...and they all rolled over...

Gabi has been rolling around for about three weeks now.
Finally, on Monday (Nov. 1st) Tysen rolled from his back to his front (he has done front to back before). He actually did it the first time while I was on the computer and I missed it. But he did it again and again for Glenn and I that night. We cheered for him when he did it the first few times...
...so now when he does it he automatically looks up at you and waits for you to cheer! It's too cute!
He has gotten very good at back to front...but is now having problems going from front to back - I'm sure he'll remember pretty soon. And then...watch out - he'll be mobile!

Our Roots Experience

We had a great time at our first Roots meeting. The kids were very excited to see Tysen and asked lots of questions about him. (what does he eat, can he talk, does he crawl, when does he sleep, etc) Tysen really enjoyed it as well - he played with the toys they had for him and laughed and babbled for them. I think we're going to have a great time with it! I had one little moment of speechlessness - one little boy (they're grade four) told me that he almost died of leukemia...I just didn't know what to say...I just told him that I was glad he was there.
We meet again on the third Thursday of November - looking forward to it. I'm sure they'll be amazed with the changes in him!
